From today's meeting and CEO's inpiration, I learned:

1. Presentation skill is so important, no matter what business I am in, I should practice more and prepare more.
2. If we don't have the right mindset, broadness of vision, the right observation angles for things, we are wasting time to do things that may not be matters at all.
3. Sense of urgent. Most of us are short of the sense of urgency. We just wait for instructions. What a terrible truth.
4. The importance of having the ability to do international/regional business.
